Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Standard items:
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days and depends on printing time if applicable.

Handmade / made-to-order / FX or custom pieces:
Processing time may take 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity.

Preorders or special collections:
Estimated timelines will be listed directly on the product page.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided for all orders.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21+ business days (varies by location & customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties or VAT

PhouxFX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, PhouxFX is not liable for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors/household members

  2. Contact your local carrier

  3. File a claim with the shipping provider

We’re always happy to help guide you through the process.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately if items are produced at different times (for example: handmade garments + accessories). You will receive tracking for each shipment.
